Welcome
Women of Vision is a volunteer
ministry committed to demonstrating tangible evidence of God's love to
oppressed and impoverished women and children throughout the world. We seek to
educate and motivate women to become women of action, willing to share
their God-given resources in an effort to alleviate the injustice and
inequities that exist for women and their families living in poverty. We
are women of diverse age, background, and circumstances who are willing
to risk, grow, change and be touched by the love of Christ.
Women of Vision is a program of World Vision, a Christian humanitarian
organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their
communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the
causes of poverty and injustice. World Vision provides hope and
assistance to approximately 100 million people in nearly 100 countries,
including the United States.
